We have been telling you about our rescue work for the stranded and terrified animals of Ukraine, and today we are once again asking for your urgent help to reach them.

The scale of our animal rescue operation is immense: within the first year of the war, one-third of the country’s entire population was forced to flee from their homes. Many had no choice but to abandon their animalsanimals we sprang into action to help.

But as a brutal war becomes unfathomably worse every day, the abandoned, terrified and WOUNDED ANIMALS NEED US DESPERATELY.

We have promised to stay by the side of the animals until the war is over. We can do that ONLY with your continued support.

Read on to see how we are continuing to put your donations into direct action for the animals of Ukraine.

We never know where the missiles might fall, destroying homes and leaving animals wounded, shell-shocked and alone. We MUST rescue them! We MUST continue our work in Ukraine – please, PLEASE help us!

Recently, it was the capital Kyiv and Lviv, where our partner vet Dr. Pavlina Harasym lives, rescuing animals in an animal ambulance we bought.

Animals suffer no matter where attacks take place, our teams on the ground have to be ready to rescue animals day and night. That means having a steady supply of pet food, blankets, animal transport crates, and fuel for their animal rescue ambulances – things we can only supply with your help. There would be nothing worse, than to be ill-prepared to rescue starving, wounded, or drowning animals when they desperately need our help.

Time and again, we witness shivering, traumatized, terrified dogs whimpering outside the ruins of places they once called home. Our mission is to be there for them, feed them and get them to shelter. It is a tough and dangerous task, but the animals need us, and with your help, we will be there for them.

To make matters even worse, our partner, Vetmarket Pluriton, reports that animals are still in desperate need of aid because of the collapse of the country’s Kakhovka dam. Huge areas have flooded, humans have fled, and animals have been abandoned. Vetmarket has been our partner throughout the war. Working together, we have saved many thousands of animal lives and continue to do so every day.

Despite immense challenges, we have established vital supply lines that allow us to rescue, supply and care for the animals most at risk.

We are ensuring the delivery of food, veterinary medicines, water disinfection tablets, and other supplies. We rescue dogs and cats and get them to safe shelters where they receive loving care. We are doing it all with your help – and ONLY because of your help.

As the war intensifies, we are increasing our relief efforts. We work to enlarge existing shelters and help create new ones. Our latest project with Vetmarket is to build a shelter to house rescued animals from the heaviest fighting is taking place. Without it, rescued animals have nowhere to go and will never survive in the war zone.

Your support is needed now more than ever.

Will you join us in this mission to provide care, supplies, and shelter for these animals in dire need?
